Mood, energy, selected dimensions, personal questions, routine goals, manual sleep estimates, sessions, effort, context answers, feedback and observation history are initially stored on this device in a protected, versioned file excluded from iCloud backup. Manual use and local discoveries do not require an account, Apple Health or external AI consent. Goals are set by you.
After you choose to connect Apple Health, EverOmni reads available sleep, steps, workouts, heart rate, resting heart rate, heart rate variability (SDNN), and respiratory rate associated with sleep. Raw samples are processed temporarily on this device. Only necessary daily derived metrics, workout-minute distributions, source information and dependent observation summaries are saved locally. Missing data is not evidence that a permission was denied. You can revoke access in iOS and remove local health data from You. Removing it does not delete original Apple Health records.
With an account and separate manual-backup consent, manual entries, dimension preferences, personal questions, goals and recurring context preferences are sent over HTTPS to the EverOmni Supabase project in US East (N. Virginia). Account email and identifier support authentication and ownership controls. HealthKit aggregates, health-based observations and AI explanations are excluded from manual backup. Turning backup off removes the active server copy; local records remain. Provider backup and security retention can outlast deletion from the active database.
Only after separate, explicit consent and your request, EverOmni sends a limited summary through its Supabase function to the OpenAI API. The allowlist contains your chosen question and context category, group-average ratings, group day counts, missing-pair and exception counts, a health-source flag, and language. Comparisons may be derived from Apple Health sleep, activity or daily vital summaries. These summaries remain personal wellbeing or health-related data; they are not claimed to be anonymous. No raw Health samples, individual-day records, names, emails, account identifiers, notes or free-form questions are sent to OpenAI. The app calculates evidence; AI explains its relevance and selects a reviewed general wellbeing idea.
The EverOmni function processes the summary for the request without saving its content or the generated explanation to the database. The explanation is saved on this device, bound to the account and evidence version. Server-side account usage counters and short-lived request leases enforce limits. Provider/network services may retain security metadata. OpenAI API data is not used for model training by default. Requests disable response storage, but OpenAI security and abuse-monitoring retention may still apply, generally up to 30 days unless legally required longer. This is not zero retention. Turning personalized AI off blocks further sending and removes saved personalized explanations on this device. If the remote revocation is pending, sending remains blocked here and revocation is retried. Prior provider processing cannot be undone.
Apple and RevenueCat process subscriptions and restoration. EverOmni receives subscription state, not complete payment details. For AI limits, the server checks the entitlement using the authenticated account identifier; it sends no wellbeing summary to RevenueCat. Optional analytics remain off by default and contain only fixed event names and a random installation identifier, never health metrics, check-in content, personal questions, habits or explanation text. Health data is not used for advertising, marketing, data brokerage or model training by EverOmni.
Local manual records remain until you delete local data or remove the app. Derived Health data remains until removed or replaced during refresh. Observation history is bounded to 1,000 entries and saved AI explanations to 60 entries on this device. You can delete your account and app data in You; usage and consent rows are deleted with the account. This does not erase original Apple Health data or cancel an App Store subscription. Manage subscription cancellation separately in Apple settings. See the public account-deletion instructions for available contact and data-rights channels.
