Account & Data Deletion — EverOmni

In compliance with Apple App Store guidelines and Google Play Data Safety, you have full control over the removal of your local app data, remote account, and any optional manual backups.

Apple iOS (HealthKit)

On iOS: Open EverOmni > tap You > tap "Delete Account & App Data". This purges local records, and deletes your server account and manual backup if enabled.

Google Android (Health Connect)

On Android: Open EverOmni > Settings / Profile > "Delete Account". You can also manage permissions in Android Health Connect settings.

Web Request for Remote Data Deletion

If you have uninstalled the app or lost access to your device, enter the email associated with your EverOmni account to request permanent deletion of server-stored account and backup data.

Data affected by deletion:

  • Account profile, authentication identifiers, and consent records.
  • Remote manual backup copy (manual entries, preferences, personal questions, and routine goals).
  • Local device observation history (bounded to 1,000) and saved AI explanations (bounded to 60) upon app deletion or local reset.
  • Note: Does not erase original Apple Health data (managed in iOS Health) or cancel App Store subscriptions (managed in Apple Settings).
