1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing awelabs.ai or utilizing any of our products, you represent that you possess legal capacity and authority to enter into this agreement and agree to all provisions contained herein.
2. Description of Services & Intellectual Property
Awe Labs AI provides artificial intelligence platforms, cloud automations, and software applications. All source code, trademarks, visual marks, algorithms, and technical documentation remain the exclusive intellectual property of Awe Labs AI LLC.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to: (a) Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or model weights from our services; (b) Use the platform to distribute malicious, fraudulent, or harmful materials; (c) Interfere with or bypass platform rate limits, security controls, or authentication protocols.
4. Warranty Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Awe Labs AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.
5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of incorporation of Awe Labs AI LLC, without giving effect to conflicts of law principles.
